Be patient,you will not see any Ads on your blog page,until the Adsense team review your site.It will show only bank ad unit.
You might wait for some days or weeks for getting your Adsense account approved.The Adsense team will make preliminary checks on the information (Name,Address,Blog Site URL etc.) that you submitted in your application.
​This can take up to a few hours. Once they are done, they will send you a notification via email to let you know about the progress of your application and next step of your review process.
2) Final Step
You may get a response by email from Google Adsense team within 24 hours about the status of approval of your Adsense Account.Sometimes,the review process may take 1-2 days even weeks to be completed.
so please bear with them while they complete all the necessary checks.
At last,You will get an email from Adsense team that your account has been approved.
Now,you can add the Ads units to the all blog/site pages.Make sure that you have read the Google Adsense Program policy thoroughly.
